Looking at this video, sees very good coaches sacked too early. Have noticed this also in previous FMs, there should be more aspects controlling this.

Tottenham Hotspur - Summary
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club,commonly referred to simply as Tottenham or Spurs, is an English football club located in Tottenham, Haringey, London, that competes in the Premier League. The club's home for the 2017–18 season will be Wembley Stadium, as their former home of White Hart Lane has been dismantled to make way for a completely new rebuilt stadium on the same site. Founded in 1882, Tottenham won the FA Cup for the first time in 1901, making them the only non-League club to do so since the formation of the Football League in 1888.
Tottenham were the first club in the 20th century to achieve the League and FA Cup Double, winning both competitions in the 1960–61 season. After successfully defending the FA Cup in 1962, in 1963 they became the first British club to win a UEFA club competition – the European Cup Winners' Cup.
In 1967, Spurs won the FA Cup for a third time in the 1960s. In the 1970s Tottenham won the League Cup on two occasions and were the inaugural winner of the UEFA Cup in 1972, becoming the first British club to win two different major European trophies.

On 27 May 2014, Pochettino was appointed head coach of Tottenham Hotspur on a five-year contract, becoming their tenth manager over a 12-year span. The following 28 January, the team reached the final of the League Cup following a 3–2 aggregate win over Sheffield United, only to be beaten 2–0 by Chelsea in the decisive game at Wembley Stadium. In the domestic league, his first season was generally successful, ending in a fifth-placed finish and the conversion of several young academy players into regular first team players; he put one of those graduates, Harry Kane, as starting striker at the expense of Spanish international Roberto Soldado, a gamble which paid off as Kane and his teammates Dele Alli and Eric Dier were touted as the potential basis for the England squad at UEFA Euro 2016.
Tottenham were in contention to win the league in 2015–16, but on 2 May 2016 they drew 2–2 against Chelsea, handing the title to Leicester City. The game at Stamford Bridge saw Spurs receive a league record nine yellow cards, and Pochettino entered the pitch in the first half to separate his left back Danny Rose from a confrontation with Willian.
On 12 May 2016, Pochettino agreed to an extension to his contract, committing him to the club until 2021. It was also confirmed that his title had changed from that of "head coach" to "manager", although he confirmed that the role itself was no different.
Key Players
Harry Kane and Dele Alli have fast become the two Tottenham players most likely to create something out of nothing. Kane in particular is relied on more than any other player in the Spurs squad at the moment. Pochettino is rumoured to be looking at a complete striker to ease the growing and rapid pressure growing around Kane. The striker if injured would leave Tottenham with a huge hole in their squad and they would face insurmountable odds of attempting to reach the holy grail, The Premier League Title.
Alli always looks like he can have a world beating game but the young Englishman does have his lacklustre days out in a Tottenham shirt. Alli also has temperament issues where he lets his heart rule his head. Rash challenges, legs stuck out, red mist... Unfortunately Alli has experienced all of these. Luckliy he is an extremely young talent and he still has time to mature...

Free players aka free agents play an essential role in Football Manager 2018. Free agents aren't attached to any club by contract so you can get them without any transfer fee. That is excellent news for any manager with low or none transfer budget, especially lower league managers.
I've searched FM 2018 for the best ones in each position respectably, from goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders to strikers. You'll find more than 600 of respectable free agents on this list. By default, I've sorted the players from the best to the weakest.

Been there, never won it - The Champions League

So this team have been runners up of the champions league on three occasions, the most for any team to not win the competition.
My Goal, is to bring them their first ever trophy in this competition before I get fired! Will I do it? How long will it take? Who is this team???

So been struggling alot with FM18 so far especially with formations so I decided to create my own. It is a basic 5-2-3 formation with 2 wing backs and two wide forwards that cut inside
Been doing a hell of alot of tweaking watching the games and have now pretty much saved my season and job due to this formation. Seems to work well with lower league and I find it creative but safe defensively.
Assistant does OI and training for me as I am focusing on tweaking the tactic
I am going to continue tweaking but so far so good will update with more updates, it is set to attacking as standard but counter works just aswell when leading or playing a bigger team

How do I transfer tactics from FM17 to FM18?
As the title suggests, I'm trying to transfer my tactics from FM17 over to FM18.
I have tried copying the .FMF files in my tactics folder on FM17 over to my tactics folder on FM18, however FM18 couldn't seem to detect them when I tried to load them on my tactics screen.
I may be doing something obviously wrong, but if I could get some guidance please, it would be highly appreciated.
