If I have played online with someone but wasn't the host am I able to acquire the save file for our game?
Also, in order to use the
fm genie scout 17 in online games do you need to be the host of the game in order to do so, if not, how would do you go about doing this?

I use Darren's Devastating 4213 tactic 2.0 and I'm willing to post it on here if you want to see it in action!
It works on holiday or playing with an experienced enough Football Manager, Manager.
Otherwise, just post yours and tell us how its so good!
Its no way linked to the Total Football Manager game.

I'm not sure about this, but since I got a message from the admin when signed up- i'll do it.
Myself, Emil. From, kerala, India. Currently finishing my Bachelors degree in Engineering (not a big fan of it ;)).
Next step in enrolling myself in Royal School of Music, England (next year admit).
Big fan of football; reads every article from skysports, espn, onefootball whenever possible (honestly, every half an hour (6)). Regularly watches football matches, and of course, EPL fan. Loves to analyze and be a critic of style of play, players and managers.
Football analyst I admire- Adam Bate from Sunday supplement panel (yes, SkySports :D). Wish I could write like him one day, in magazines and newspapers.
That's probably why I started playing FM from 2013 (the first one I played was FM11); attention to detail, daily player and Club management; finances, salary negotiations, even the penalty and fines for overdue and breaking the regulations (in wage rise or net spend).
But i hated press conferences! ^^) still hate them (the constant nagging :P and familiar questions).
I love FM! BUT, I hope FM brings much more reality into the rivalry and reality in managers life; The arguments between managers (like provocative Mourinho or passionate Benitez/Conte), much more variety in press conference questions (then maybe i'll start to like them), problems and miscommunications between managers and the board members & players and board members, and very importantly, a much more realistic transfer market.

Hi Guys,
I am just starting a new
FM 18 Beta save and was wondering if it is better to keep youngsters in the first team squad or the reserve squad?
If they are in the first team squad do they get involved with training and improve because of the quality players they are training with?
Or should you keep them in development training to help them to develop quicker?

Stopped my losing run at FC Bury after taking up the job almost instantly with this tactic. Try it out and let me know if it works for you too.
Currently on 4W & 1D in last 5 games (they were 1-5-8 before I took up the job and were dead last in League One).

For the beta, has anyone found any cheap premier league quality players for relatively cheap?
One for me is: Shani Tarashaj (4 million) - has two goals and three assists from 8 games so for me this season.

Hello fellas, I'm Roy, new owner at
FM Blog.
I don't know if I'm allowed to post a link to my site or not on here, so if it is against the rules I apologize and mods do make the necessary changes.
Anyways, I would like to share with you my FM18 Wonderkids list.
I've compiled more than 800 potential potential world-class players and good first team players.
To make it on the list, players need to have Potential Ability of at least 150, and can't be older than 20 years of age at the start of the game.
Some of the already have the wonderkid status whilst others will obtain the same as the game progresses.
You can also see the asking price of their current parent club at which they are willing to sell the player.

Football Manager 2018 Wonderkids shortlist.
