Hello all,its my pleasure to introduce you my first tactics on FmBase.
I made it for every team,I test it on my long term career with Venezia and also with Barcelona and Bayern Munich,on this first post I will put pictures from my long term career because we all want to see success with smaller/mid team and that is evidence is tactic good enough to be here. So, we can start ^^)
Why FETISH? Because its beautiful to watch how my team play^^)
FETISH TACTIC has 3 versions, first one Control, second Offensive andof course Defensive version.
Control version is used most of time,Offensive and Defensiveversions are used only on last 10-15mins of game when you need to protect lead or when you losing a game.

Kick-off: 'Nothing'.
Half-time: Winning: Calm 'playing well, but there is more to come'. Drawing or Losing: Aggresive 'far from pleased/show me something else?.
Full-time: Won: Calm 'well done, I'm pleased, good win for us'. Draw or Lost: Assertive 'far from pleased/we should have won?.
Training: First load leagues which starts on june,that is most important because you need at least 7-8 weeks before pre-season for tactic fluidity

4. Loaded about 120,000 players, more you load more chance for success :)
