Looking for a tactic

Hey there,

I am fairly new to FM13. I like the game, but i can't seem to create a tactic that suits my club. I downloaded a tactic or two, but I can't seem to find the right one...I play as Sparta Rotterdam. Any one who can give me a tactic thats suits me? 433 with 2 CM's and a DM...
