Hames, Griezmann or Draxler

Ok, i'm in January 2015 with Barcelona and I have 70 mil E in my budget to buy one of them. Which one is the best between James Rodriguez, Griezmann and Draxler. Draxler has low mental skills but many players said that he's a beast.

Rodriguez - 45 mil E
Griezmann - 30 mil E
Draxler - 45.5 mil E
