So why did I call this Superior, with so many tactics with awesome names?
The answer is simple. This tactic has it ALL. Counter attacks, possession, attack and defence.
So, when you setup a counter attack strategy, the sim actually makes your defensive players play direct passes, and your forwards shorter. As I wanted possession, I wanted shorter passes for my forwards so they create a goal tiki taka style, with short passing and movement. When counter attacks are on, they will ignore instructions and play counter attacks, otherwise they will play a sensible short passing game. That's two flies down.
As I wanted perfect attacks, I took a look ar guidetofootballmanager.com and it said there you can combine a wide creator, a false nine, a false ten and winger in same attack. So that is how I chose my roles and duties and got perfect attacking force ready to tear any defence apart. That is also why I am playing a low creativity game, as I want players to do exactly what they are ordered to do. That's three flies down.
And the fourth fly was defence. Short passing requires width, and since I was utilising heavy pressing, I am playing on offside trap. We will press their wingers and fullbacks wide and deep where they will have less effect, and force them to attack through the middle, where they will encounter offside trap.
So here it is:

I have tested the tactic with Arsenal only, and not fot whole season, these are the results so far:

Note that only matches I lost, was when most of my players were injured.
These were my purchases:
