I'm managing Freiburg 2nd season and need help.
I finished 3rd in league and now i need a more consistent tactic.

I would like to keep some things like my formation 4-5-1 having a BWM, BBM and a defensive midfielder (I have players whose attributes fit those roles). But if the roles conflict with each other tell me.

What tactic do you propose (mentality, etc...)?
*Also I need a tactic to play against bigger teams (bayern, dortmund)
