What's more effective on this version?

I asked Meulensteen to teach this regen 'places shots' as I thought high technique, finishing and composure would make it a doddle for him to learn - nope, Meulensteen said he 'I don't think McLaren would be capable..'. So I turned to 'shoots with power' (just learning it now), he has high strength, finishing and I suppose anticipation would come in handy for a first time drive.
I play him as a target man set to attack and he has 'plays back to goal', plays one-twos', 'likes to lob keeper' (no chance he's doing that with power!) and 'avoids weaker foot'.
Does anyone reckon adding 'shoots with power' would benefit him?
