New Interntional Order

Hello people, I am trying to make a few adjustments so as to make the game more fun.

I want to merge South and North America, both in club competitions and national squads. Want a Pan American Champions League and a UEFA league like competition.

Also, a continental nations cup.

And a new World Cup qualifiers format, this of course would need me to change the WC spots given to the continent.

My question is: is this at all doable? if so, can anyone help me?
