Here's my newest tactic, based off of the best show currently on television - Fargo. If you watch, you know that everyone is hiding something, nobody is quite telling the truth. Same thing with each position in this tactic. There's more than meets the eye to each position...

There are no strikers, but the 3 AMC's are shifty and will surge forward to attack before retreating to defend. Same with the wingers and the mid - everyone goes forward and back. Even the central defenders push higher up and get further forward, contributing key passes to the wide men and sometimes through the middle.

Creates pretty crazy CCC's consistently (5+). Scoring will be spread out among the AMC's, though the 2 outside ones will get plenty of assists too. Pretty strong defense (especially for FM 14's ridiculous match engine).

Tactic is good in scoring and defending. My Arsenal lead the league with 74 goals, and let in the fewest with 32. My QPR lead their league with 105 goals for and only 34 for, for a goal difference of +71.



It plays easy on the eye as well, much like the cinematic scenes of Fargo. Beautiful, short passing, with the occasional killer through ball that opens up the defense and leaves them staring at you as you run onto goal unobstructed. Lots of crosses from goals and great team build-up goals. Plays beautiful on an individual and team level. I find myself watching more than just the key highlights, so I can take in the full team movement.

I leave training and OI to the AssMan. Player instructions are set and are very important to leave, because each player has the specific duties that work for them and for the team.
