BREAKING: RODGERS COMPLETES BRADFORD TAKEOVER.
28th May 2013

The computer mogul has followed the club since boyhood.
League One newboys Bradford City are celebrating tonight,
following the successful sale of the unpopular Mark Lawn's
stake to RogCom owner Patrick Rodgers.
Fagley-born Rodgers, 45, has wanted to buy into football for
some time and felt the recent upsurge in fortunes at the club
was a sign for him to invest. The deal will surely mean both a
competitive war kitty for manager Phil Parkinson and also an
owner who's made a career out of saving money.
"I'm a local guy who sees this as an opportunity to really push
what Bradford can do. I want to see them back in the Premier
League. I want more cup finals. One day I want Europe."
Rodgers has confirmed that Julian Rhodes and Dave Baldwin will
both continue in their current roles.
