Help improving the tactic,SPECIALLY SET PIECES

Although i'm sitting in 3rd with 7 wins,1 draw and 3 losses,which is a good result,i feel the team and tactic have a lot more potencial than it's accomplishing.And it's still very inconsistent.
The tactic duo:


The idea was to have one impenetrable defense and effective counter tactic,and a high pressing goal-scoring tactic.
Although,the team concede too much goals from crossing and set pieces.


Set Pieces were supposed to be a vital part of this tactic,as it happens a lot and it can always be a start of a counter attack.However,it simply doesn't work nothing here.

Also,the tactic seems to never get fully fluid. Any ideas why?
