Training Question

Hi everyone, have had a look through post wise and cant see anything of this ilk. If I am mistaken, apologies. My question is, has anyone left training to thier assistant rather than look to do it themselves?

I mean this from an individual player training/development perspective. Not match training etc.

If so, have you found that it works?
