Complete collapse like clockwork....

Hi Guys, first time posting, so hopefully I can manage it in a way that makes sense.

I've been playing FM14 since xmas, and without fail on every career I play, I always run across the same problem- I get to the start of march (usually now days with my team doing fairly well) and then suddenly it all collapses. My form deteriorates, hell, it doesn't even deteriorate, it just stops dead, and I fall slowly down to lower mid table.

To make matters worse, this lack of form then continues into the second season, and I end up getting sacked around October time.

So to try and get around this I boosted my club with a sugar daddy in editor, allowing me to greatly strengthen, making sure that it wasn't simply because of the players I had. Screen shoted bellow are the result...
NOTE- I've highlighted the chesterfield match on the 3rd results shot as I continued losing in similar style (usually 3-1, that became quite common) until that point, at which time I was sacked



I really have no idea why this keeps happening, or what to do about it. I'm getting to the point of just giving up on the game altogether, as it isn't much fun putting the work in for a solid start to the season (the above one was actually fairly slow in comparison to normal) only for it to all fall apart and there be apparently nothing I can do about it... HELP???
