Ok - I need some explanation about the scout reports. I have been told before but since I'm old and gaggy I have forgotten. So the report looks like this

Both pictures are telling me where the assists come from, both for Watford and against. BUT what exactly are they saying. Their most common assist area when scoring is the left wing - but does that mean they come down my left side or my right side (their left side) ?
Goals against is also left side - does that mean I should overload my left or my right (their left side) ?
