Head of youth development employment problem

Hey Guys,

Currently running a game in classic mode and have decided to employ a new head of youth development, so I sacked the one i had and when I went to employ a new one, found that the job role drop menu on the contract screen didn't contain the Head of youth development role! but funny thing is that the game will still allow me to place a job advert for that role!wtf!

Would appreciate any help with my problem anyone can give and see if anyone else has had this problem too
