Very nice tactic, i think

I've developed this tactic having in mind the barcelona style.

here is a view of the tactic



I manage to have a very good ball control and i can make lots of shoots per game.

My main issue is that more then 50% of my shoots don't go in the target, and i don't have the players to shoot from distance. But because i make a lot of shoots per game i eventually score 2 or 3 goals.

I feel that is very important to have a strong midfield and quick defenders.
