I have been working a lot on this tactic, and it seems like a working tactic to have a great possession in every game. I started my career with Barcelona, in the first half of the season I used a 4-3-3 tactic, which was good, but not good enough, then I changed. Now I'm using a 3-4-3 tactic, and it's working very well, I score a lot of goals, concede only few, and have a great ball possession. But this is my first season, I think it will be better in my second or third season. I usually have 500+ passes every game, but I want to improve in this area, I would like 600-700 passes every game, I hope in time it will come.
