So I just activated Draxler's release clause for 38.5m with no add ons or anything. But when it comes to finalising the deal it says 45m will be deducted from the transfer budget. Where has this extra 7 million come from? The only thing I can think of is if its compensation as he under 21 or if its his wages being paid upfront? Anyone know?
