Laptop help

Hi all. New to this forum.

I've had my current laptop for over two years now and it doesn't run FM too well. Therefore, I am looking for a new laptop. My budget is ?200-?250. I have found this refurb for ?230 with these specs:

Intel B970 2.3Ghz Dual Core chip w/ integrated graphics
-4GB 1600Mhz RAM
-750GB 5,400 HDD
-Windows 8 Home Premium 64Bit

I like to play FM with 3-4 leagues loaded. How well will this laptop run FM and is there a better spec laptop within my budget?
