I'm managing Monpellier.
I have the opportunity to sign in January 2015 a talented young player without spending for a transfer fee (end of contract, joining in june).
The player is Sergi Roberto, a 22yo centre midfielder playing for barcelona with very good potential, but not so great for barca's world class level so they didn't renew his contract.
He has the "plays short simple passes" PPM, which i think is a big disadvandage for the role i want him to play (playmaker), so my question is...
Is it difficult for the player to unlearn this ppm?
It's something i haven't try before so i need your advice...
