I use simple methodology :
GK-Every Team needs a decent GK- De Gea
RB-Faster the better-Rafael/Phil Jones
CB-both defenders need Pace and strength-Phil Jones/Smalling and Jonathan Tah/Vidic(He Scored 20 Goals Last season)
LB-Quick and can score goals(Digne/Fabio)
DM-Makalele Anchor Man (Fernando)
CM-2 hard working box to box midfielders (Kondogbia/Gundogan/Ledson/Cleverley)
RW-Inside Forward-Januzaj is a beast
LW-Inside Forward-Insigne is the best player in this role
ST-False 9- Fast, technical forward needed (Rooney/Lukaku)
