Injuiries!!!!!!

I'm with tottenham and this season I'm getting way too many injuries, I'm the last two games I've had 5 players getting injured with 2 of them serious!! But it's happening every other game where one of my players is getting injured!! Just wondered if there is anything I can do to stop this????
