Well, the title says it all. I used to have quite a few regens the first year but the second year, some clubs don't seem to produce them anymore. For instance, I can only see the Youth Intake of Boca in April whereas the first year, I had like 5-6 teams to look through.
My database is Large, even though I haven't selected the Argentinian league. But it's the same for the leagues I selected (although non-playable).
