need help with swansea

hi all, I have just taken over Swansea in Jan 2013/14 season currently 20th in Premier League. Need help in what players to sign with around £8mil and a tactic that would allow me to play the free flowing football that Swansea play in real life??? so help on transfers and a good tactic would be grateful.
